1. Sales Policy

All products sold by Reneuit Computer are sourced from authorized distributors and dealers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on market conditions.

New products come with manufacturer warranty as applicable. Refurbished products are sold with a clearly stated warranty period from Reneuit Computer. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

• All sales of new products are final once the seal is broken, unless the product is defective.
• Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear which is disclosed at the time of sale.
• Demo units may be available for inspection before purchase at our store.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after payment.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Repair Policy

Reneuit Computer offers repair services for laptops, desktop computers, printers, and other electronic devices. All repairs are carried out by our trained and certified technicians.

• A diagnostic fee may be charged before the actual repair begins. This fee is adjusted against the repair cost if the customer proceeds with the repair.
• We will provide a written estimate before starting any repair. Work will commence only after customer approval.
• We use genuine spare parts wherever possible. If OEM parts are unavailable, the customer will be informed before using compatible alternatives.
• Devices left unattended for more than 30 days after repair completion may be subject to a storage charge.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions not related to the reported issue.
• Data loss during repairs, though rare, is a risk the customer acknowledges. We strongly recommend backing up all data before handing over devices.

3. Warranty Terms

Warranty terms differ based on the type of product or service availed:

• New Products: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Reneuit Computer assists in the warranty claim process but is not responsible for the manufacturer's decision.
• Refurbished Products: Carry a 1-month warranty from Reneuit Computer covering hardware defects only. Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues are not covered under this warranty.
• Repair Services: A 10-days warranty applies to the specific part repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Warranty is void if the device shows signs of unauthorized tampering, physical abuse, liquid damage, or improper use.
• Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice or service receipt.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment in the following forms: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards.

• Full payment is required at the time of product purchase.
• For repair services, a 50% advance may be required for high-value repairs (above ₹2,000).
• Balance payment must be cleared before the repaired device is handed over.
• In case of cancellation after advance payment, a cancellation charge of up to 20% may apply.
• GST receipts are provided for all transactions upon request.

5. Data & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Any personal data collected during transactions or service requests is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Customer information (name, phone, address) is stored securely for billing and warranty purposes.
• We do not access, copy, or retain any personal files, documents, or media from customer devices during repair unless specifically required for diagnosis and with customer consent.
• We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process. Customers are strongly advised to backup their data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reneuit Computer's liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product or service.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by power surges, accidents, improper use, or acts of nature after the device leaves our premises.
• Our technicians make every effort to ensure quality repairs; however, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of electronic components.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within the applicable warranty period for any concerns.

• New sealed products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
• Refurbished products may be exchanged within 3 days if found to have a defect not disclosed at the time of sale.
• No refund will be issued for services already rendered unless due to proven negligence on our part.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
• Software, consumables (ink, toner), and accessories are non-returnable once opened.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raichur district.
